For collision repair
OEM airbags for collision repair
One place for both halves of a restraint repair: the new genuine OEM part priced from the manufacturer's own catalog, and the recycled OEM part from a donor car when the estimate will not carry a new one. Every listing carries the OEM part number, the fitment and the donor VIN, which is what an insurer asks for.
What a shop gets
- Both prices on one page. New OEM and every recycled unit that fits, for the same vehicle and position.
- The paperwork an estimate needs. OEM part number, fitment years, donor VIN and photographs of the actual part.
- Recall status. Every vehicle is checked against NHTSA and the open campaigns are printed on the page.
- Module reset. A crash-recorded module is reset by post through KarmanAuto, usually the same day it arrives.
- Sourcing. If a part is not listed, send the VIN and the position and we will find it.
